The Childrens Foundation (previously the Childrens Memorial Guild) is a group that raises funds and awareness for the health and wellness of children throughout the Chicagoland area.

  • Manage the procurement of donations for the general, grand, and mystery raffle
  • Organize and execute donation display, layout and set up of the raffle donations with the venue manager
  • Participated and volunteered in different capacities for nearly 18 years

Frank Lloyd Wright Trust Housewalk, Oak Park, Illinois, 2016—Present

The annual Wright Plus Housewalk celebrates architecture, design, Frank Lloyd Wright’s innovative vision and the talents of his fellow architects. It is an enjoyable day featuring rare interior tours of private homes and public buildings designed by Wright and his contemporaries.

Relay for Life, Co-Chair, Butler University, 2009

Relay For Life is a community-based fundraising event for the American Cancer Society. Each year, more than 5,000 Relay For Life events take place in over twenty countries. Events are held in local communities, campus universities and in virtual worlds.

  • Organized Relay for Life Event with 530 participants, raised $52,000 for American Cancer Society
  • Built, managed and lead committees and sub-committees through training and task delegation of entertainment, food, partnerships & funding
  • Managed and created agendas for meeting and meeting locations
